- An initial call to our admissions coordinator begins the process. You’ll speak to a compassionate and qualified individual who will make the process as simple as possible. - Our admissions coordinator will then begin the pre-admission process with you and your family. It’s vital that you answer all questions as honestly as possible so we can ensure that you’re on the right path to recovery. Questions may include:
- What substance you’re addicted to, as well as when you last used and how much you used – this will help us determine whether you need to be admitted into our detox program prior to entering our residential addiction treatment
- Mental health history to help us assess the need for dual diagnosis treatment
- Any prior legal history, including whether the court ordered your treatment
- Contact information so that we’re able to easily reach you to schedule your admission and ask any additional questions
- Once you’ve completed the pre-admission process, the admissions coordinator will work with you to schedule an admission date so you can begin the treatment process.
