Silver Pines offers substance use treatment programs and dual diagnosis treatment programs that target a wide variety of needs. Just like every person is unique, so is each addiction and the treatment that it takes to get well again. Each of our  addiction recovery programs is designed to offer a range of therapies, including holistic, evidence-based, and experiential methods.

Substance Abuse Recovery Programs

Steps to Recovery Treatment Programs provides a full care continuum, including addiction recovery programs at the following locations:

  • Silver Pines Treatment Center: Offers a detox program as well as residential addiction treatment for substance use disorder and dual diagnosis.
  • Steps to Recovery – Bucks County: Offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and extended care program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a recovery housing program (STRIDE), and a general outpatient program for substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and primary mental health disorders.
  • Steps to Recovery – Lehigh Valley: Offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and extended care programs, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program for substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and primary mental health disorders.

Detox Program

Our detox program is twofold and includes medication-assisted detox as well as social support. At our drug detox and alcohol detox programs, we gather a full history and complete a physical as well as a psychiatric assessment for each client within 24 hours of admission. Our licensed nursing staff provides monitoring and is available for assessments and treatment 24/7. During each new client’s orientation, which also starts within 24 hours of admission, we focus on building connections and relationships while providing education on our drug recovery programs and alcohol recovery programs.

Residential Addiction Treatment

Our whole-person, holistic residential treatment program allows individuals to address the root cause of their substance abuse. At Silver Pines, we take a whole-person approach focusing on helping each client make connections that will support them in their recovery. Based on each client’s needs, we create individualized treatment plans designed to educate, motivate, and ensure a successful recovery. Helping Each Client Throughout Every Step of the Recovery Process

Not only do we offer holistic, individualized treatment plans, but we also offer a robust Family Program, a Nutrition Program, and an active Alumni Program to ensure that our clients are supported throughout every step of their recovery journeys. We understand that involving family in drug addiction treatment programs and alcohol addiction treatment programs is vital to ensure a successful recovery, which is why we also involve family members in our Alumni Program.

Family Program

Using family therapy, education, intervention, authenticity, integrity, and compassion, our Family Program guides families through the chaos and negative effects of substance use disorder and addiction. The importance of family counseling in drug addiction treatment programs and alcohol addiction treatment programs cannot be overstated so that individuals in recovery feel supported even after they complete treatment.

Nutrition Program

Unlike other detox programs, at Silver Pines, we provide a full-service kitchen and offer self-serve/open eating. Our self-serve/open eating lounge is available to our clients 24/7 and is stocked with homemade and easily prepared comfort foods. Our full-service kitchen is led by our Executive Chef, who’s also a certified nutritionist. Additionally, throughout residential treatment, each client can receive a nutritional assessment and customized meal plan designed by a licensed dietician, nutrition education, and new skills.

Alumni Program

After treatment at Silver Pines, alumni can participate in our Alumni Program, which provides ongoing support. Our dedicated addiction treatment Alumni Coordinator orients every new client upon admission, is an available resource during treatment, and continues support after discharge in our alumni aftercare program. We also extend our Alumni Program to family members. Alumni programs for recovering addicts are incredibly important so that individuals continue to have a support network after they complete treatment.
